•Meet with clients and ask them if they require any of the assistant.
•Fulfil obligations based on the package each client selects.
•Provide basic housekeeping duties, including dusting, mopping, cleaning windows and scouring bathrooms.
•Must clean all the rooms once the guest gets checked out.
•Clean and sanitize all the rooms, toilets, and other areas for avoiding cross contaminations.
•Respond to customer complaints or inquiries immediately and report and problems to supervisor or the Manager.
•Notify manager if any accidents or problems while rendering service.
•Should be aware of proper PPE while at work.
•Cleaning guestrooms mid-stay and after departure
•Making beds.
•Replacing dirty linens and towels.
•Restocking guestroom amenities like toiletries, drinking glasses.
•Removing garbage, recycling, and room service trays
•Picking up and returning valet laundry items.
•Organizing and stocking housekeeping carts.
•Notifying the maintenance department about broken appliances, old light bulbs, or damage.
•Upholding the Resort’s confidentiality and security standards
