Join Our Team as Housekeeping Supervisor
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Dunsboroughteam as the Housekeeping Supervisor.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and maintain a high standard of service and cleanliness throughout the hotel premises.
Clean hotel rooms, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms, while adhering to housekeeping detail standards.
Delegate workload effectively to ensure rooms are refreshed in a timely manner.
Control stock levels and report any discrepancies to the Executive Housekeeper.
Quality check rooms and coordinate with Front Office to release them for occupancy.
Plan and implement weekly rosters in consultation with the Housekeeping Manager.
Monitor and enforce safety precautions to protect resort guests and their property.
Respond promptly to guest enquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Previous experience within a similar hotel position.
A solid understanding of Workplace Health and Safety principles, including safe chemical handling.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A problem-solving mindset to identify and resolve workplace issues.
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, including nights, weekends, public holidays, and school breaks.
