Job description

• Manages the daily operations of a housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness standards are met, staff are trained and managed effectively, and inventory is maintained.

• Oversee and manage housekeeping staff, assign tasks, schedule shifts, and provide training and guidance.

• Ensure that all areas are cleaned and maintained to the required standards, and conduct inspections.

• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and order them when needed.

• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Handle guest requests or concerns related to housekeeping services.

• Train new employees on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.

• Work with other departments to provide excellent guest service.

• Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, and take corrective action when necessary.

• Ensure the quality of cleaning services by inspecting rooms and common areas.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
