Hotel Snehmohan Regency is looking for Housekeeping Incharge.
Location: Gt Road Jagraon,Opposte Subway
Job Description:
• Supervises housekeeping staff as duties are being performed
• Supervises the duties and tasks of laundry staff
• Stocks and maintains supply rooms; orders supply according to a budget
• Managing equipment and cleaning supplies for housekeeping staff
• Receives, processes, and handles guest complaints in regard to housekeeping services
• Ensures that rooms are kept clean and free from hazards
• Ensures that all common areas are kept clean and free from hazards
• Organizes all staff during the day and hosts daily meetings with housekeeping staff • Assists guests or patients with questions and basic requests
• Provides a high level of customer service at all times; remains professional
• Hires and fires housekeeping staff; trains new housekeepers after hire
• Meets with company officials regularly in order to provide progress reports and address issues Skills & Qualification Requirements:
• Graduate from a top tier university/college
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position is preferred
• Should possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Candidate should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Team player, able to work with minimal direction and be responsible/accountable for the assigned work
• Jagraon based candidate will be preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
