Roles and Responsibilities
• Assigns the staff their duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness.
• Performs cleaning duties in cases of emergency or staff shortage.
• Check rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness.
• Assigns the staff Report directly to the Executive Housekeeper ROOM BOY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Anyone from housekeeping field who has worked as a supervisor and is capable of taking up this role can apply and is welcome.
• Room attendant promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly and should also able to address guest requests and problems.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations.
• Experience : Minimum 3 yrs.
• Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job..
• Responsible for cleanliness of the entire premises
• Co-ordinate with other departments like Maintenance, Front Office, Operations for day to day jobs.
• 5 years in MNCs, Big Malls, Hospitals, 5 Star Hotels, Pharmaceutical Company
