Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Haridwar in the Housekeeping Department. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, including managing and training housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are met, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns. The Housekeeping Supervisor will also work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year experience mandatory.
• Supervisory Skills, Housekeeping, and Laundry experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
