Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Housekeeping Supervisor at The Hive Hostels in Mumbai. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day housekeeping operations. This includes supervising housekeeping staff, inspecting rooms and premises for cleanliness, ordering and maintaining inventory, and ensuring timely and efficient laundry services. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining effective communication with guests and other staff members.
Qualifications
• Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team
• Laundry: Knowledge of laundry operations and maintenance
• Customer Service: Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Housekeeping: Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and equipment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Fluency in English and local language is required
