Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities will include... • Assigning housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met • Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required • Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service • Providing training to the housekeeping staff • Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed • Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff as needed • Ensuring that the housekeeping staff complies with all safety and sanitation policies • Informing management of any equipment or furniture in need of repair or replacement Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: • Food provided Schedule: • Day shift • Fixed shift • Morning shift • Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: • Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: • Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required) Experience: • total work: 5 years (Preferred) Language: • English, Kannada, Hindi (Preferred) Speak with the employer ++1 +663XXXXXX
