The Role
Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff.
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
Train, and support the housekeeping team, fostering a positive team culture
Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory, ensuring that all areas are adequately stocked.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
What we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
Previous experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor role is essential
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and make decisions based on priorities and guest needs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and housekeeping management software.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
A current valid drivers license is essential
