Delegating and leading by example, you’re the expert when it comes to taking care of business (and your team!), with a smile. There’s nothing you can’t turn your hand to, ensuring smooth passage of daily housekeeping.
No surface goes unturned when you’re on shift – you coordinate the team to attend to guest rooms and conduct all general cleaning, allocating duties as required, ensuring utmost efficiency and alignment to policy and procedure.
