We are looking to recruit anexperienced Cleaning Operative to work with and supervise our evening cleaning teamfor a part time permanent role working Monday to Friday 5:00pm to +:30pm (22.5 hours per week) at an hourly rate of £15.65.
The successful applicant will
• Operate as a cleaning Operative as part of the evening cleaning team
• Have strong supervisory experience with the ability to supervise11 employees across 6 floors.
• Befamiliar with cleaning procedures.
As an Anabas Cleaning Supervisor you will provide cleaning services as part of the of the cleaning team at one of our prestigious client sites incentral LondonW127SA, White City, west London.
• This role involves efficiently taking part in cleaning activities whilst also supervising a team of cleaners.
Essential requirements:
• The suitable applicant will have previous experience leading a team as a supervisor in a cleaning role environment.
• You will be a people person with strong leadership skills.
• To be confident in making decisions.
• To be able to lead a team of 11 on a night cleaning shift without manager supervision.
