HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR (FEMALE)
Experience:- 2 to 3 years
Qualification:- Any Specialization, B.Sc - Any Specialization, BHM - Hotel Management, Diploma - Hotel Management
Job Description:-
Assist in implement all departmental standard operating procedures to improve the process & performance
Execute all the guest satisfaction standards that all the rooms, public areas, laundry and horticulture
services
Ensure all functions of the housekeeping department operations to achieve the optimum departmental cost
.Ensure maximum efficiency from the team and all other available resources.
Maintain proper communication in the department by conducting daily briefings
Prepare proper departmental analysis reports/data for the senior management on all aspects of the
department operations.
Ensure all Housekeeping, Laundry equipment, Products & facilities are efficiently operating conditions.
Schedule routine inspections of all Housekeeping areas with Housekeeping supervisors
