To ensure agreed standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in accordance with correct procedures and administration.
To organise day to day work requirements and set required standards against which work will be checked, in accordance with correct procedures and administration on an as and when required basis.
To ensure that any complaints or feedback from client are dealt with in a timely and cost effective manner.
To ensure that all necessary housekeeping is carried out in all areas of the Premises.
Ensure cleaning stores, trolleys and materials are kept clean and tidy at all times.
In conjunction with the Housekeepers ensure periodic cleaning is carried out.
Co-ordinate with the staff & authorities of the client.
In case of any particular staff’s absenteeism on a particular day, arrange for a substitute in advance.
Maintain discipline & quality of work by staff
Prepare duty roster & assignments for the staff on site.
Ensure all the allotted staff is well trained, groomed & well behaved.
Attend promptly to the complaints & suggestions & take corrective measures.
Report all the discrepancies & incidences relevant for the well being & functioning of the premises to the authorised person of the client.
Ensure all the recorded events are enacted upon.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 54 per week
Salary: ₹+,63+.26 - ₹18,000.00 per month
