Full Job Description
Manage and train a team of housekeeping staff, including housekeepers, room attendants, and laundry staff.
Plan and assign work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and productivity.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the property, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed, including cleaning products, linens, and other housekeeping supplies.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas are properly cleaned and maintained to high standards.
Respond to guest complaints or requests for additional services, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience.
Maintain records of housekeeping activities and provide reports to senior management as needed.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve housekeeping efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
