Designation: Resident Facility Manager (RFM)
Location: Delhi NCR (can be posted elsewhere as per company requirements)
Compensation: Fixed Salary (Monthly) + Performance Bonus (Half-Yearly) + Paid Accommodation & Food
Duty Timings: In-house property manager role (throughout with peak hours and off-peak hours during day)
Rotation Opportunity: Company-level role (not just one property); opportunity given to shift across properties
Leave Policy : To be availed periodically (not a weekly off format)
Growth: Opportunity to grow over time, with extra responsibilities, cluster management and supervisory roles
Major Responsibilities:
Property Management (act as the assigned property’s in-charge and POC for all matters related to it)
Housekeeping Supervision (roaster management, materials oversight, quality control)
Repairs & Maintenance Facilitation (property audits, issue escalation, assist with closure)
F&B Oversight (quality checks, presentation vendor management)
Business Support (assist with rent collections, resident move-in & move-out management, etc)
Sales Visits Facilitation (assisting clients with property visits to maximize sales)
Tenant Management (ensuring pleasant resident experience, stay guidelines and issue-handling
