Housekeeping Supervisor | Housekeeping Executive

Need a HK Supervisor / HK Executive who can independently and effectively handle staff briefing, team handling, team job task allocation on daily basis, duty roasters planning as per busy or high occupancy days, decide cleaning schedule, can coordinate with vendors, can do inventory, can handle guests complaints independently with good confidence.Coordinates staffing schedules to ensure the proper cleaning of offices, public areas, residents rooms and community grounds. Must have worked already at Supervisor level for min 5 years in good hotels of more than 40 rooms.need to join immediately.

Conducts regular inspections of all resident rooms, public areas and bathrooms.
Plans and schedules cleaning programs, including but not limited to annuals, move-in preparations and carpet cleaning.
Ensures on housekeeping inventory, supplies or equipment are ordered, as well as being handled and maintained safely.
Ensures staff is trained on the safe handling of cleaning chemicals in accordance with department and is compliant with state, federal and local standards, MSDS, OSHA, EPA, and any other applicable regulations.
