Job Description
Elsa Hospitality is looking for Housekeeping Supervisor & Executive for a Luxury Hotel Who will be responsible for providing a high standard of Housekeeping services in various areas of the Property as per shift assigned through assigned team members.
Provides exclusive and personalized service by coordinating the Operation team and maintaining the cleanliness of the facility by supervising the Housekeeping team during daily cleaning.
Supervise work of all cleaners and general housemaids.
Prepare and implement cleaning schedule and assign duties to cleaners and other housekeeping staff.
Inspect all areas of the unit, except where restricted, and ensure that all cleaning is done according to task checklists, quality standards of cleanliness, and schedule. Take necessary action where required to regulate performance and quality.
Lead by example and promote efficiency, integrity, courtesy& an extremely high standard of quality.
Participate in any Training/Developments schemes as recommended by the management.
Evaluate staffs’ performance.
Ensure that the standards required by Management are maintained at all times in the areas of work.
Maintain inventory of housekeeping stores.
Comply with any requests made by management to the best of the ability.
Seek help from management where needed.
Must be able to determine the neatness, accuracy and thoroughness of the work assigned.
Set the dining area and tables according to 5-star standards and norms.
Cater for large parties and other such events and manage team of waiters to deliver exceptional quality of serving.
Pay attention to the finest details of Cleanliness.
Provide fast, efficient and highly courteous services at all times.
Responsible for performance of all operation team member. Coach them on on-going basis
Ensure the correct appearance of all of the dining and other food service areas.
Ensure all team members are smartly presented at all times and that they comply with the company’s personal appearance and uniform standards.
Undertake any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements and skills:
Work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations
Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
Excellent organizational and team management skills
Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
High school diploma is a plus ( Freshers Can Apply
