Key responsibilities:
1. Supervise daily cleaning operations on all hospital floors and areas
2. Create and implement duty schedules for housekeeping staff
3. Maintain hospital standards of cleanliness and hygiene
4. Manage inventory of linen, cleaning agents, dustbins, and other supplies
5. Inspect patients’ areas, OPD, ICU, wards, and washrooms regularly
6. Direct the team during emergency cleaning situations
