Housekeeping Supervisor JD:-
Ensuring housekeeping supplies are kept out of reach of residents at all times;
Assess inventory of, assign for cleaning and inspect rooms;
Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner;
Monitor payroll reports, work schedules, lost and found program, stock rooms and carts and designated inventories;
Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks;
Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards;
Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing;
Check rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness;
Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job;
Respond to customer complaints and special requests;
Performs routine duties to supervise and inspect work done by room attendants to clean and maintain guest rooms, halls, lobby and other public areas;
Oversees trash removal from entire facility;
Provide supervision, coaching and training to House Attendants, Public Area Attendants, Turndown Attendants and Room Attendants;
Monitor and handle guest complaints by following procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction;
Conduct training of staff as assigned.
