Base salary range: $ 74,450– $ 7+,085 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

About The Area

University Hall (Uni Hall) is the residential college owned and operated by The University of Western Australia (UWA). Over 750 UWA students from over 50 countries live, socialise and study at Uni Hall, creating a vibrant and diverse community. The University Hall Maintenance team manage and undertake a wide range of maintenance activities to support student living, ensuring the safety, security and optimal functionality of all facilities.

About The Opportunity

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, provide a high level of leadership and supervision to all the Housekeeping and Cleaning Team at University Hall.

Communicate and collaborate with University Hall staff in Residential Life and admissions/departures.

Work closely with the Facilities Manager to set and monitor budgets for all aspects of housekeeping.

About You

Demonstrated excellent team management and communication skills.

Competence using Outlook, Word and Excel.

Competence using StarRez.

Excellent administrative and housekeeping skills.

Proven supervisory and leadership experience.

Note

National Police Check.

Working with Children Check.

Elements of this role may require intensive physical labour. Elements of this role require intensive physical labour. A Fit for Work Assessment will be required prior to commencing work.

Occasional weekend work.
