Housekeeping Supervisor

Qualification: Any Graduate/ Diploma in Hospitality Management

Experience Required: Min. 2 years

Responsibilities

• Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks

• Oversee staff on a daily basis

• Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence

• Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards

• Monitor and update cleaning products stock

• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas

Requirements and skills

• Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations

• Excellent communication skills in English and Gujarati

• Ability to handle basic computer operations

• Excellent organizational and team management skills

• Flexibility to work various shifts
