YOU MUST:
Be obsessed with cleanliness and spot the tiniest speck of dust

Understand hygiene and cleanliness as essential to guest experience
Be cheerful, humble, and courteous when interacting with guests
Be open to rotational shifts and weekly offs
Thrive in a team-first environment with high collaboration
Be willing to relocate to different Zostel properties as per requirement
YOU WILL:
Report to the Property Manager
Be a vital member of the Zostel Operations team, ensuring high cleanliness standards
Take responsibility for cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces
Regularly check and restock room and bathroom supplies
Ensure laundry operations (bed linens, towels, etc.) are timely and spotless
Maintain proper inventory of housekeeping supplies and report shortages
Follow checklists for daily, weekly, and deep-cleaning tasks
Help with guest requests related to room cleanliness, linen replacement, etc.
Work closely with front desk and kitchen staff for timely turnovers
Comply with all hygiene and safety protocols as per Zostel SOPs
YOU ARE:
Experienced in housekeeping, preferably in hostels, hotels, or hospitality setups
A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Open to learning and adapting to the Zostel way of working
Comfortable communicating in basic English or Hindi
