Key Responsibilities:
. To assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding Housekeeping service and equipment and hence take corrective action.
. Maintain quality of services and standards according to requirement of the hotel
. Co-ordinate with Front Office department to meet productivity goals.
