Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional Housekeeping Team Member who will provide consistent housekeeping services to guest rooms, balconies, bathrooms, restaurants, public areas, and circulatory areas that meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Replenish guest supplies and ensure prompt attention to guests' requests.
Report damage or malfunction in hotel rooms/areas to Supervisor.
Maintain equipment in a proper state of cleanliness.
Prepare and submit accurate room status reports and daily productivity reports.
Handle guest complaints tactfully and report incidents or irregularities to Supervisor in a timely manner.
