Habitat First Group owns three luxury estates, creating holiday home communities that are founded on the principle of a deep love for Mother Nature and sustainability.
We are seeking Housekeeping Team Members to support our Facilities team at Lower Mill Estate to provide a 5-star cleaning service across our properties.
This is a part-time role, working 15 hours per week across 3 days, working Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 0+:30 am to 14:30 pm. Please note, we are able to offer a degree of flexibility with working hours and other shifts may also be available in the week.
There is free parking onsite and refreshments provided (the team usually enjoy complimentary tea and toast before starting). Uniform is provided to include a t-shirt, a fleece and a jacket.
Please note we do not offer accommodation so please only apply if you live within commutable distance and have access to your own transport.

What you’ll be doing:
• Cleaning all properties to a 5-star service level
• Laundry service and bedmaking
• General cleaning of restaurant, cafe, spa and office building
• Complying with Health and Safety regulations
We’d love you to have:
• Knowledge of COSHH and Health and Safety practices (training can be provided)
• A strong eye for detail
• A strong team-working ethic
• Commitment to working to our Customer Charter
