We are seeking experienced Trainers for the Cleaning Category in Kolkata. The successful candidate will lead training initiatives, develop and iterate content, and provide behavior and communication training to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in top-tier hotels, facility management, or startups. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. Experience managing teams of trainers/professionals in hotels and facilities is preferred, as is experience developing and delivering training content for blue-collar workers. Hoteliers with startup experience are particularly encouraged to apply.
