Job Description
HR Record Management:
Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.
Update and manage the HR database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Prepare and maintain employee files and documentation, both physical and electronic.
Recruitment Support:
Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, scheduling candidates, and communicating with hiring managers.
Prepare and distribute job advertisements and manage job postings on relevant platforms.
Collect and screen resumes, and maintain an organized applicant tracking system.
Coordinate pre-employment checks, including background checks and reference verifications.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and new hire paperwork.
Conduct orientation sessions and ensure all required forms and documents are completed.
Process employee terminations, including exit interviews, finalizing paperwork, and updating relevant systems.
Benefits and Leave Administration:
Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and time-off policies.
Facilitate the administration of employee leaves of absence, including medical, parental, and vacation leaves.
Maintain accurate records of employee leave balances and ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies.
HR Policies and Compliance:
Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance within HR operations.
Assist in conducting HR audits to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
Employee Relations:
Provide support in resolving employee inquiries and issues related to HR policies, benefits, and other employment matters.
Maintain effective communication with employees, managers, and external stakeholders regarding HR-related information
