Job Description
• Coordinate with candidate for assets & goodies despatch. Take information required for ID card preparation.
• Onboarding Support
• Enrol team members for Induction.
• Coordinate with the Manager and have credentials ready for New Joiners on the date of joining.
• Help new joiners set their system with the help of NGSD.
• MARS tool enrolment and coaching
• BGV file updation & support in collecting missing documents and submit it to HR
IT Support
• Insurance enrolment for assets
• DL list updation on weekly basis
• Despatch and collect laptops with the help of courier agencies
• Maintain asset tracker
Departmental Support
• Schedule and join daily meetings
• Newsletter preparation
• Organise employee engagement activities like Coffee meet, Open house, Fun activities etc
• Shift Allowance verification & scrutiny
• Procurement assistance
• Timesheet management for partners
• Partner headcount tracking
• Internal tool enrolment and tracking for effort booking
Travel Support
• Visa support
• Ticket booking
• Accommodation
• Local Travel
• Claim reimbursement
• Other – Adhoc support, need based
