Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile minimum 1 year experianced HR - Admin Assistant to oversee a wide range of responsibilities, including administrative tasks, event management, office coordination, staff management, facility management, and recruitment. The ideal candidate will be a multitasker with a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.

DESIGNATION-HR CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities:

1. Admin and Office Management:

Handle all administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and coordinating day-to-day office activities.

Supervise office cash book, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation of expenses.

Prepare schedules for holidays, manage data sheets, and maintain organized records.

2. Event Management:

Plan, coordinate, and execute various events, including all aspects of event decoration and logistics.

3. Staff Management:

Oversee staff members, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Handle employee data management, including maintaining personnel records and relevant documentation.

Provide support for staff-related matters and contribute to team-building initiatives.

4. Recruitment:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.

Utilize various recruitment platforms and conduct cold calling to source potential candidates.

Facilitate placements and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

5. Qualifications:

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in HR and administration roles, with a focus on event management and recruitment.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Familiarity with recruitment platforms and processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

1 year experiance is mandatory.
