Job Description
Training & Development: - Identify Training needs of the employees through Skill matrix (Workman). Designing annual & monthly calendar. Arranging Internal & External training as per Training Calendar. Summarization of training feedback. Maintain all training record inspection purpose.
Payroll & Time office Management: - Time Office Management like Daily attendance management, leave management, overtime, absenteeism and prepare MIS report. Monitoring attendance records, Leave records of Company Employees & Contract manpower. Monitoring daily performance of employee’s absenteeism, late coming, early going, OD. Managing the payroll functions of Staff & workman in ERP system. Handling up gradations in salary & wages, transfers, and annual & half yearly revisions, full & final settlements. Handling inspections under various Labour Law Acts. Preparing PF & ESIC Monthly Challan and online payment. Employee Relation: - Co-ordination with canteen committee, works committee, safety committee. Implementation of award scheme as arrange picnic, long service award, attendance award, best kaizen award and best employee award. Disciplinary proceedings like issuing Warning Letter, Charge Sheet & show Cause Notice. Counseling and handling grievance of the employees to maintain a healthy work environment and facilitating, employee satisfaction. Discussing & negotiating with employees about on their various issues like companion, health& safety, canteen & transportation. Monitoring and distribution of winter and summer uniforms and safety shoes for permanent and contractual employees. Medclaim Insurance to all ESI crossed employees and Accident policy of all employees.
Administrative & Others activities: - Ensure Housekeeping, Canteen, Transport, Medical services, Garden etc. Preparation of monthly presentation in power point of hr activities. HR & Admin budget. 5S & Kaizen Implement in Plant and make team for 5S maintain. Drafting Letters, Notices & Circulars.
