Roles & Responsibilities:
Calling and shortlisting cadidiates for job and arranging their interviews with help of job sites and HR Consultants,
Managing the salaries of the employees,
Maintaining leave records of employees,
Perform basic accounting tasks,
Data Base Management.
Skills:
Bachelor’s degree preferred,
1+ years’ experience working in an office setting,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects,
Customer-service oriented,
Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
