Brief Job Description:
· Oversee day-to-day administrative activities within the plant, including but not limited to office management, correspondence, and document control.
· Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the plant facility, including cleanliness, safety, and security.
· Maintain guest satisfaction and operational efficiency through timely maintenance, cleanliness, and quality service at the company guest house.
· Ensure efficient and safe transportation operations while meeting on-time delivery targets and optimizing costs.
· Maintain high-quality food service standards while optimizing costs and ensuring customer satisfaction in the canteen.
· Supervise support staff responsible for facility maintenance tasks such as cleaning, repairs, and waste disposal.
· Liaise with external vendors and contractors for facility-related services and repairs.
· Deliver successful events that meet of more then 1000 gathering at a time or exceed client expectations, while optimizing resources and ensuring a positive attendee experience.
· Maintain inventory of office supplies, equipment, and other consumables necessary for plant operations and company Guest Houses.
· Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and processing purchase orders.
· Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to prevent shortages.
· Assist in maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards governing plant operations.
· Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
