We Are hiring for our Client Company, Position - HR & Admin.
Responsibilities
Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment documentations.
Update internal databases with new hire, exit employees information accurately
Gather & maintained the payroll data like employees working days, leaves, Over time
Publish and remove job ads according to recruitment requirements.
Schedule job interviews for various kinds of positions and contact candidates as needed
Prepare reports and presentations on all HR-related metrics recruitment, on boarding, Orientation, grievances, employee’s engagement activities & welfare requirements.
Candidate should be well versed & too good in Computer tools, Excel & Statutory procedures like ESI, EPF & Professional Taxes
Should be performance exceeded expectation performance requirements, good grasping power in all kinds of administration procedures.
Candidate should be having good knowledge & experience in all kinds of admin related work procedures.
Respond to employees various kinds of requirements which related to business operations.
Requirements & Skills
Candidate should be having a Master degree in Human Resources Management.
Minimum 03 Years of experience as HR/ Admin (or) Exe – HR/ Admin.
Good in verbal & written communication, organizational ethics & work procedures.
Candidate who has well experience is Facility Management Service & Construction Industry will be giving more preferable than other Industry.
Basic knowledge in labour legislation & Procedures.
