Job Description
In this role, you have to active listener and performer to achieve daily assigned tasks and also to maintain the entire premises neat and healthy by nourishing positively.
Responsibilities:
(a) Assist HR personnel in manpower documentation like document collection and filing
(b) Manage entire housekeeping team for premises cleaning from office to floor on daily basis
(c) Manage the purchase and store of Housekeeping, stationary and canteen materials
(d) Responsible for vendor management and employee engagement programs
(e) Making arrangement for employee, client or vendor transportation and accommodation
(f) Assist HR in attendance management system
(g) Responsible for outdoor works like document submission in government departments
(h) Managing security of factory premises and ensuring all the compliances
Required skill:
(a) Proven working experience as HR Manager or Executive or officer
(b) People oriented and results driven
(c) Knowledge of HR systems and databases
(d) Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
(e) Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
