NRG Group of companies is a fast growing Global FMCG & EXIM company having offices in UK, Ireland, Netherlands and India. Dealing with its worldwide suppliers and customer base for the past 10+ years.
Our Indian office will maintain offshore customs clearance and handle export and import related matters for Ireland and Netherlands also. We are rapidly growing our team and are seeking a multi-talented Admin cum HR person (preferable male) to oversee all aspects of mainly office administration and basics of human resources practices. We are looking for a person with commitment and can stay for long-time with us.
Roles & Responsibilities
Office Administration
· Taking care of office operations to ensure the office operates smoothly. This includes facilities management, fixed asset control & inventory, office cleaning & inspection.
· Assign daily tasks & supervise office boys in their activities.
· Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
· Assist on IT support.
· Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
· To ensure general office maintenance like, travel & ticket booking, housekeeping, hygiene, electrical and mechanical, sanitary and plumbing, space management, minor repairs
· Keeping details of all petty cash expenses with proper approvals from the concerned authorities & forwarding details of all expenses to the Accounts team on regular basis.
· Ensure vendor invoices are checked on all parameters at the time of receipt.
· Assisting New Joiners with welcome kit, desk allocation, and documentation.
· Responsible for scheduling staff meetings, conferences, board meetings and other official activities.
· Organizing team building activities along with monthly birthday/ work anniversary celebrations.
· Owing to the diverse and dynamic nature of this role, be available and ready to support teams.
Recruitment
· Assist in the recruitment process
· Liaise with recruitment agencies
· Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
Induction & On-Boarding
· Completion of joining formalities
· Introduction to company profile and staff
· Explaining to them the leave structure, company policies and other facilities
Employee Exit Formality
· Full and Final Settlement
· Issuing relieving and experience letter
Database & Attendance Management
· Maintaining database of employees
· Keeping records of monthly/ half yearly/ annual reviews
· Maintaining attendance records
· Provide salary inputs to payroll team for payroll processing.
Required Experience
· Any graduate with minimum 1-3 years’ experience in HR cum Admin role
· Highly organized with an ability to effectively manage and execute multiple tasks simultaneously while working independently.
· English & Hindi fluency. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
· Very strong attention to detail and confidentiality with a commitment to high-quality work
· Should have energetic and dynamic personality
· Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures including basic HR
· Preferred Male candidate
· Candidates from Hyderabad Only
Job Location: Habsiguda, Hyderabad
Job Types: Full-time, Monday to Saturday (11:00 am to 08:00 pm)
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
