Bachelor s degree in business administration, human resources or related discipline.Proven track record/experience recruiting/staffing experience in a corporate, professional services/consulting industry.
· Successful 1-2 years of experience in an HR role.
· Should possess a positive and approachable personality to address grievances.
· Should be able to conduct healthy negotiations and find a middle-ground.
· Should have good knowledge of employment policies and legislation.
· Should be able to work in stressful situations with strict timelines.
· Certifications and Work Profile are preferrable.
· Excellent communication skills with pleasing personality are a must.
· Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Must have high levels of skill, motivation, and patience to search for talent for different/complex technical requirements.
· Should be hardworking, self-motivated, diligent.
· Must have Attention to detail, ability to act with integrity, and must exude thorough professionalism and confidentiality and Other HR Activities.
Experience in office managementGood written and spoken English and presentation skillsExperience and ability to use MS Office word, excel and power-point, outlook, etcHandling all the Manpower Planning & recruitment activities- Short listing, Screening & Scheduling Interviews Maintaining the Resume DatabaseSupport in Policy & Process formulation & implementation manuals and implementing them throughout the entity from HO to site teamPreparing & sending the manpower MIS including Recruitments / Resignations on a regular basisResponsible for organizing regular staff welfare activitiesOrganize meetings and other ad-hoc requirements (arranging refreshment, etc) and support the team in the preparation of information, etcOrganize and priorities commitments of the team, enabling them to work efficiently and effectivelyAct as a central point of reference for internal and external queries, ensuring that messages are recorded and reported on in a timely manner, including contact with staff and managersGrievance handling of employees and also support taking disciplinary action where requiredConducting Employees satisfaction surveysPlan and co-ordinate with the external / internal trainers & consultants to ensure training programs are run smoothlyDesigning & Updating the training manuals / individual training records of employees, assisting the organization to achieve their set targets within the stipulated time limitAdminister and ensure timely completion the Performance Appraisal Assessment for employees on a yearly basisResponsible for Maintenance of files, Audit of personal files, working out compensation for new entrants, confirmations and final settlementsResponsible for Statutory compliances and accounting of PF, ESI, Insurance policies, Gratuity, Medical cover for the employees, etc
