RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing Recruitment.
• Pay role management and salary slips.
• Maintain Employee Attendance Management.
• Employee benefits management.
• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
• Schedule meetings.
• Maintaining appropriate filing systems.
• Maintain and order office supplies and inventory in housekeeping and pantry.
• Maintenance of the office and to arrange necessary repairs.
• Address employee queries regarding office management issues.
• Management of the office boys.
