HR & Admin Executive
HR Administration:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Process employee benefits and ensure all employees understand their benefit options.
• Assist with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and grievance procedures.
• Liaise with external vendors for employee benefits and insurance programs.
• Manage employee leave requests and track attendance records.
• Prepare and submit HR-related reports to management.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring a functional and efficient work environment.
• Oversee office space management, including scheduling maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for employees as needed.
• Manage company calendars and scheduling for meetings and events.
• Manage Company Payroll Management.
• Maintain a professional and organized office environment.
• Act as a point of contact for general inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR department.
• Preparing Dashboard for the HR related KPIs.
• Vendor Management & website maintenance
• Social media such as LinkedIn & other platforms presence to be enhanced with out of the box thoughts.
Recruitment:
• Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions across various departments aligned with industrial automation skills.
• Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and manage the applicant tracking System.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates.
• Coordinate logistics for the interview process, including scheduling and candidate communication.
• Assist in the creation of offer letters and onboarding new hires.
Training & Development:
• Identifying training needs in consultation with department heads.
• Organizing internal and external training programs.
• Tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
• Skills
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and administrative procedures.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
