Manager-HR & Administration (Retired IAF / Army) Jaipur
Only Retired Master Warrant Office/ Subedar Major OR Retired Lieutenant, Colonel , Major ,Ex-Army / IAF person required
Sr. Manager – HR (Administration)
Location – Jaipur Malviya Nagar
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining the Attendance records of the employees.
- Keeps the Recruitment cycle moving.
- Maintain the records of all type of taxes & bills.
- Maintaining the record of each employee.
- Giving presentations to employees as a part of their training.
- Induction Program.
- Front Office Management.
- Security Management.
- Controlling of expenses related to Hotel,Telephone,Taxi,Electricity,Photocopies,Travel Arrangements etc.
- Responsible for arranging & managing emergency repairs.
- To handle petty cash, routine/local purchase, checking /vigilance and storing of the assets & to ensure that the assets of the organisation are secured.
- Generating monthly reports, expense statements & other MIS reports as per requirements.
- To control the movement of materials in/out of the premises.
- Responsible for All electrical works like maintenance of DG Set,UPS,Batteries, electrical repair etc.
- Responsible for arranging Official meets and other official parties and events.
- Maintaining Office Decorum.
- Responsible for coordination with all branch offices of company.
Operations Management
- Giving presentations and demonstrations to the prospective clients.
- Networking with the project team to ensure effective delivery of project solution keeping in consideration the pre-discussed parameters.
- Preparing and sending various reports to the branch office
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 300,000.00 - 360,000.00 per year
Schedule:
• Day shift
Ability to commute :
• Jaipur - 302017, Rajasthan: Should be able to easily commute to Malaviya Nagar Jaipur ( Preferred 15-20 minutes distance)
