Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources & Admin Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our organisational culture and ensuring that our HR practices align with our business objectives. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of human resources management and the ability to foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.

Oversee performance management processes, ensuring they are fair, consistent, and aligned with company goals.

Ensure maintenance programs are implemented and checked

Maintain HRIS systems BrightHR to ensure accurate employee data management.

Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and management.

Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations while maintaining company policies and procedures.

Conduct training sessions on HR policies, diversity, inclusion, and workplace behaviour.

Manage social media platforms for employer branding and recruitment purposes.

Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop workforce plans.

Skills

Proficient in HRIS systems

Strong knowledge of human resources principles and practices.

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficient recruitment processes.

Excellent administrative skills with a keen eye for detail in data entry tasks.

Ability to manage social media effectively for recruitment and engagement purposes.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.

Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.

Your working days would be between Monday and Friday.
