Job Description
• Handle day-to-day HR & admin operations at the factory level.
• Manage payroll processing, PF, ESIC, and other statutory contributions.
• Liaise with contractors and labour officers for compliance and workforce coordination.
• Ensure compliance with Factory Laws and Labour Laws including wages, overtime, and working conditions.
• Maintain and oversee factory administration and on-ground HR tasks.
• Assist in audits, documentation, and labour inspections.
• Act as a go-to person for any administrative or HR issues on the ground.
• Support the HR Manager and Founders with relevant executional tasks.
Qualification:
• Experience: 3+ years
• Excellent verbal and written communication (English, Hindi & Marathi)
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and a team player
