Join GE Vernova as an HR Administrator Intern, supporting HR functions in a dynamic environment.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting HR administration activities such as Employee Onboarding, Employee Lifecycle, and Absence Management.

• Managing Employee Anniversary Awards and supporting Company Events, STEM Activities, and Early Career Events.

• Acting as a point of contact for employee queries and ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Liaising with the HR Central People Operations Team.

• Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.

• Facilitating HR and Employee Communications.

About You

The ideal candidate:

• Is currently studying a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant qualification.

• Has strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Is proficient in MS Office.

• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Is self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

• Understands the importance of confidentiality.
