Technology Team Administration: Taking point for administrative tasks such as expense report management, arranging travel for technology employees, assisting with logistics for new hires/transfers/office moves, helping with team outings/internal celebrations
HR Administration/Projects: Scheduling onboarding meetings/new hire check-ins, maintaining org charts, updating personnel records, and supporting various HR projects as needed

Overview

As an administrative assistant within our dynamic and fast-paced HR team, you’ll be the go-to person for supporting members of HR as well as senior leaders within Susquehanna’s Technology team.

This role will involve managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling administrative tasks, planning events, and supporting various HR projects. Our HR team has grown significantly in the past few years and this role will give you the opportunity to gain exposure and insight into many of our HR processes.

In this role, you will support:
• Calendar Management: Scheduling large-scale business meetings and managing calendar conflicts for senior leaders within Susquehanna’s Technology team
• Technology Team Administration: Taking point for administrative tasks such as expense report management, arranging travel for technology employees, assisting with logistics for new hires/transfers/office moves, helping with team outings/internal celebrations.
• HR Administration/Projects: Scheduling onboarding meetings/new hire check-ins, maintaining org charts, updating personnel records, and supporting various HR projects as needed.

What we're looking for
• Minimum of one (1) year of professional or intern experience as an assistant / coordinator, or experience in an similar role required; prior experience assisting a Human Resources and/or Recruiting team a plus
• Strong attention to detail, organization and time-management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Office, and Word)
• Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
