About the Role
As our HR Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations across the organisation. You’ll support the full employee lifecycle, maintain accurate HR records, coordinate recruitment, and onboarding activities, and provide timely assistance to leaders and team members.
Your work will directly contribute to a positive employee experience and support our commitment to operational excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing
Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing friendly and accurate support
Managing HR and recruitment inboxes, ensuring timely responses and resolutions
Preparing employment documentation including contracts, letters, and position descriptions
Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
Supporting site leaders with first‑level employee relations matters
Maintaining employee records across HR systems
Assisting with recruitment activities, training coordination, and compliance tracking
Contributing to HR reporting, insights, and continuous improvement initiatives
Supporting engagement, wellbeing, and internal communication activities
What You’ll Bring
Strong administrative skills and exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
Experience in HR, administration, or a similar support role
Confidence working with HRIS and digital tools (experience with PageUp, SAP, or Lattice is a bonus)
A genuine interest in HR, people, and creating a great employee experience
