An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator to join the Brandbank Group’s dynamic People & Culture team. This role is the first point of contact for HR administrative support across our business, providing essential day-to-day assistance to both our Support Office and Retail Store teams.
You’ll be responsible for a wide range of HR generalist admin tasks including onboarding, contract preparation, data management, and recruitment support, while ensuring clear and timely communication between our departments and stores.
THE ROLE:
Prepare and issue employment contracts and onboarding documentation
Maintain and update employee records across HR systems and trackers
Manage the central HR inbox and respond to internal queries
Maintain and update the HR calendar with key cyclical activity
Manage employee benefits including EAP access and staff discount allocation
Distribute, collect and escalate exit surveys as needed
Support parental leave administration and communication
Provide reception coverage as required, including answering calls and greeting guests
Assist the Talent Acquisition team with end-to-end recruitment administration
Assist with reporting requirements including casual utilisation, visa tracking and LMS completions
Contribute to project coordination and ensure deadlines are met alongside BAU tasks
On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field (desirable)
Previous experience in HR, office administration or a similar support role
Exposure to Retail Awards, Fair Work Act and general HR legislation
Excellent relationship-building skills and a customer-focused approach
Sound written and verbal communication skills
High levels of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
Strong organisational skills and a high level of accuracy
A proactive mindset and ability to juggle competing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
