HR Adviser
THE ROLE
This role will work as part of the International Recruitment and Projects team to deliver on projects focusing on recruitment and retention for the Child Protection program. The P&C Project Adviser role will provide advice on relevant policy and processes and lead a range of tasks including the coordination of candidate care and onboarding for international recruits, processing of visa nominations and supporting international candidates though the onboarding and relocation process. Furthermore, the role will support the implementation of priority projects for People and Culture and will be responsible for project coordination, reporting, management of data, invoicing and budget analysis. The role will provide support to the Team Leader through providing day to day project management support and providing generic HR advisory services while being adaptable to the changing functions and needs of the program.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
Support international recruits through recruitment, onboarding and relocation process.
Assist in the development of relevant process and policy documents required for the successful implementation of the Child Protection International Recruitment program.
Process visa nominations and manage record keeping required to adhere to Department of Home Affairs requirements.
