About the role:
We are looking for a HR Advisor to join the HR team in our Auckland office. Working with the relevant managers, partners and staff, in this role you will:
Provide top-quality and proactive HR client service to Bell Gully staff, managers and partners
End to end lateral recruitment of business support talent
On-boarding/induction and off-boarding processes
Identify and implement best-practice HR strategies and projects that enable the firm to meet its strategic objectives
Foster the firm’s culture and values and build a culture of high-performance
Work with managers to get the best out of their people
Other opportunities based on the skills you bring and where your passion lies
Ideally, you will have the following experience and qualifications:
Minimum of three years’ generalist HR experience
Good understanding of employment legislation and how to apply in a corporate or professional services firm
Strong people management skills, with proven experience in advising and partnering with managers
A proven ability to write, interpret and apply judgement to HR policies and procedures
An ability to think about and implement ways of doing things better and more efficiently
An understanding of how all HR and business services roles fit together and work as a team player
