Immediate Start Temporary HR Advisor role in the Victorian State Government
Your new company
One of the largest State Government departments in Victoria, you will work in a taskforce to support HR during a period of annual leave. Reporting to an experienced Senior Manager, you will be well-supported and work within a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Your new role
In your short-term assignment, you will be the all-rounder within HR Operations. Key tasks you will manage are:
Org. Chart management: updating positions as secondments occur and tracking contractor numbers
Data integrity: working with payroll to ensure positions are up-to-date with pay and higher duties
Recruitment: support with interviewing, refreshing interview guides and assisting Hiring Managers
Policy: answering questions on HR policy and procedure
Systems: Fieldglass management
What you'll need to succeed
Along with experience in the above areas, you will have previously worked within the Victorian State Government. Ideally, you will use Fieldglass previously and be confident in working with this system.
What you'll get in return
A short-term 6-week assignment within the State Government, starting immediately. You will be able to work from home as well as at the newly refurbished Treasury Place office. This role is paying at the VPS4 equivalent level, $55ph upwards. You'll gain experience working in a taskforce setting within the government.
