About the team
You will be part of the global HR Shared Services team, which will give you the opportunity to develop new skills and gain international HR experience. This position supports the APAC HR team in all generalist HR activities, specifically advising on HR policies and practices and creating and delivering an excellent employee experience.
About the role
To be successful in this role, you will provide service excellence to managers and individuals. You will have the opportunity to globally collaborate across all HR generalist areas and have the opportunity to streamline and design processes. Your day-to-day scope will include but not be limited to, onboarding, learning and development, engagement, performance management, employee relations and off-boarding. You will be responsible for delivering the full employee lifecycle and ensuring policies are consistently implemented, and HR queries are dealt with promptly and reliably.
You will be
• Reporting to Head of HR Shared Services and working with global HRSS team on global projects as a contributor
• Working closely with the relevant HR Business Partner, supporting with administrative tasks, grievances and disciplinary cases
• Supporting your HRBP with day to day people activities
• Handling employee onboarding, probation and employee benefits
• Processing employee related letters and documentation in an accurate and timely manner
• Continuously identifying areas of improvement and proposing solutions on local and global level
• Monitoring and maintaining all people data to ensure accurate data and reporting
• Processing payroll, maintaining payroll records, ensuring compliance with payroll process and regulations, resolving payroll related issues and administering employee benefits
• Delivering of day-to-day operational tasks
• Supporting the performance management process and reward review with operational tasks in relation to payroll
• Ensuring the accurate and timely documentation of HRSS process and policies
• Advising on HR policy and process
• Working with your local HRBP to deliver the best possible employee experience
• Building excellent relationships across all levels of the organization
• Reporting on HR metrics and data, using HR system, such as starters, leavers, goal setting, performance review completion and general people data
• Updating HR policies in line with new and current legislation and informing staff of changes
Competencies: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Required Skills:
• 4 – 6 years of experience in HR operations
• Minimum of bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
• Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, including payroll, benefits administration and employee relations
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels, including senior leadership
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Working knowledge of HR systems and software
• The ability to research and analyze data to create relevant reporting
• Up-to-date knowledge and excellent understanding of employment legislation
• Ability to design clear and fair company policies
• Demonstrated ability for problem-solving
• Energetic, driven and determined
• Go-getter, can do attitude with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a global team to complete tasks to deadlines.
Desired Skills :
• Experience of working in HRSS environment is an advantage
• Knowledge of HR data analytics
