Full Job Description

HR & Admin Officer responsibilities include processing employee data, managing the employee life cycle, updating company policies and managing the smooth functioning of the office. To be successful in this role, should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions ensuring that HR operations & the Admin function run smoothly.

Responsibilities

Maintaining physical and digital personnel records.

Update internal databases with new hire information.

Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.

Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days, create payroll data, and salary slips.

Publish and remove job ads.

Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.

Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like the total number of hires by the department.

Develop training and onboarding material.

Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for).

Closure of AMCs and managing vendors for smooth functioning of office assets

Managing engagement activities for employees

Providing necessary resources to all employees and managing staff for pantry and cleaning tasks

Requirements and skills

Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant, or similar role

Basic knowledge of labor legislation

Experience using spreadsheets

Good verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
